The artist
Gerald Schwaiger already knew at the age of 6 that he did not want to work with wood, metal or stone, but with the material hair. This is still no different today. With passion, creativity, dedication, energetic approaches and joy, honest attention is given to the hair as well as the person and their needs.

An appointment offered by Gerald Schwaiger via e-mail, SMS or verbally is pre-booked for a maximum of 12 hours. An appointment confirmation on the part of the clientele has to be made within this period. An agreed appointment is to be considered as a fixed appointment. It is possible to cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time by phone, SMS, e-mail or in person. Cancellation within the 24 hours before the agreed appointment is subject to a fee and will be charged at 80%. The outstanding amount must be paid in cash in person or by bank transfer within 5 working days. The general legal terms and conditions apply.
